Barn Owl Nursery is a home-based retail business specializing in herbs.  It was started in the Spring of 1982.  Over 100 varieties of locally grown herb plants and around 80 cultivars of lavender plants are available.

Customers, garden clubs and small groups are welcome to walk through the test gardens.  Visit the nursery throughout the season to see different herbs in bloom.  Call ahead to make an appointment for a workshop, special lecture, class, or tour for your group.

Dried herbs and flowers harvested from the nursery's gardens, or picked from other Northwest gardens, are for sale in the drying room.  Lavender flowers are sold fresh and dried during the season and are the largest harvest at the nursery.

During the 7 months that the nursery is open, certain herbs are featured.  Information and tips on growing and using herbs is available.  Additional information, products, and recipes using these herbs are for sale in the barn-like gift shop.  The nursery staff is available to assist you in selecting the herbs that will work best for you.

We do not ship any plants or products, we do not have a mail order service. Our nursery and gift shop are open to the public as indicated by the hours to the left.  Please stop by!
